Orders are shipped several day a week, unless what you have ordered is listed a "ships directly from Printful" This is a print on demand product and will not be shipped by me. All orders will all have tracking, unless you are ordering a sticker outside the US, that is shipped using a stamp to keep costs down and does not include tracking.

Mugs or other ceramic items weighing over a lb will ship via UPS (inside the US) even if you choose USPS at checkout. I have had far less shipping issues with these more fragile items when shipping UPS. If your order MUST ship USPS please reach out to me at Heidi@mypapercrane.com
